There is a kind of trait (品质) that helps us to be brave during difficult times; there is a kind of spirit that reminds us never to give up. When I watched the Chinese women’s volleyball team win gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics, I began to realize the real value of life and the strength of certain personalities.
