Over the past decade, significant progress has been made in China-Africa cooperat1onunder the “Belt and Road” initiative. On March 8, the 13th Meeting of the China-Africa Think Tanks Forum opened in Tanzania's port city of Dar es Salaam. There, participants explored cooperation mechanisms, strategic initiatives, and practical actions in industrialization and talent development between China and Africa.
