Li trains crowd to loosen their English tongues
THE Capital Stadium became the largest English corner in Beijing on the evening of October 20.
A huge crowd of people - estimated at more than 20,000 - packed the stadium and yelled English thunderously in one voice, led by Li Yang, the founder of Crazy English.
Initiated by the Beijing Speaks English Programme Organizing Committee, this English learning event was co-sponsored by Kingsoft Co Ltd and Li Yang Crazy English Culture and Education Promotion Co Ltd. As the sole lecturer, Li Yang used his special pronunciation training technique - Tongue Muscle Training - to re-ignite the audience's passion for improving their English.
