韩国拟成立专门机构招聘和管理英语外教 SOUTH Korea's Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development said it plans to establish a special team to recruit native English speaking teachers for schools. It also plans to create a personnel pool of foreign teachers and come up with a standard training system for them. The measure is aimed at solving the problems of some foreigners teaching in South Korea. Currently, more than 1,909 native English speaking teachers work in South Korea in the education system. In order to change the situation, Gordon Brown, the Chancellor of the Exchequer has announced the implementation of Reading Recovery.
