Our dorm room becomes shelter for hungry birds

I HEARD some strange noise while I was working on the computer in my dorm. I looked towards the sound and realized it had come from a bird! There are several plants in plastic bowls on the edge of the window. The bird was happily jumping up and down among the plants in order to find something to eat. I watched it swallow one of the pear pieces we had left on the soil to fertilize the plant. After one minute or so, it flew away without noticing my presence. Recently, my roommate came back with a willow branch. Maybe our dorm will become a jungle for the hungry birds on campus! |  |
