D1 1-3 CDD

D2 1-3 CDB

D3 1-4 CBDD

D4 1-3 CDB

D5 1-5 ACBAB 6-10 ABCBA 11-15 CAACA 16-20 CBBCB

解析

D1

I’ve dreamed of starting college for a long time, since being a college student is such an honor等多处内容可知作者很期待大学生活,A项没有提到,B项与原句I’m also looking forward to the freedom and ability to do more things, such as living alone不符。

When something you’ve been imagining for so long is about to happen, you still feel anxious可知作者参加毕业典礼时心情很紧张,感觉就像一只兔子在胸口扑腾。

3. D. 根据I will never forget what I achieved here可知D项正确,作者为自己高中时代所取得的成就而自豪。其他三项的细节,如receive her diploma from her teacherfelt awkward on the stageserving as a leader in various student groups均与原文内容不符。

D2

1. C. 根据For example, adults will drink beer outside pubs, young people will play soccer in the park with their friends, and the smell of barbecue  smoke will fill the air, as people throw garden parties with friends and relatives可知C项正确。

2. D. 根据In Britain, a series of two or more days at 25 C and over is usually called a “heat wave”可知D项正确。

3. B. 根据But good weather can cause a lot of drama too. During heat waves, people often complain that it is “too hot”, and some even demand to leave work early可知B项正确。

D3

1. C. 根据Previous research has shown that calorie restrictions slow aging in worms, flies and mice. So researchers wondered if it could have the same effect on people可知C项正确。

2. B. 根据However, after each 12-month period, participants in the restriction group saw an increase in biological age by an average of 0.11 years. Meanwhile, those in the control group saw a rise by an average of 0.71 yearsThe researchers believe the difference between these groups shows that cutting calories does slow biological aging可知B项正确。

3. D. 根据The mechanism is responsible for making vital proteins in cells, but with fewer calories it slows down, giving it more time to repair itself可知D项正确。

Proper nutrition is also important的论述可知D项正确。

D4

1. C。通过第二段的最后“It really doesn't matter where you start out in life. It doesn't matter where you go to college. The only thing that really matters in life is whether you seize (抓住) your opportunities”可以看出作者认为抓住机会比选择一个好的学校更重要。

2. D。从第四段“My daughter is a great example of what happens when you seize your opportunities”可以看出作者以自己女儿为例是用来说明当我们抓住机会时我们会获得更多。

Run with them. In life, when you do your best with one opportunity, another will always follow”可以判断B选项正确;通过倒数第二段可以看出作者对AC选项持否定态度,因此AC错误;D选项文中没有体现。

Text1

W: What a sunny day! Let’s go out and take a walk.

M: I’d like to, but I should finish my essay.

Text 2

M: It is 6 o’clock now, Mum! When will Dad be back with my favorite pizza?

W: Soon, Tom. Within half an hour. But you know, it’s rush hour now, so it may take a little longer.

M: I’m starving.

Text 3

M: I have no idea how to carry out this experiment.

W: Me either. Maybe we can go to the teacher’s office and turn to Mr Smith for help.

Text 4

M: You’re an excellent swimmer. How long have you been swimming?

W: Since last year.

M: Oh, really. I’ve been swimming for two years, but I’m still not good at it.

Text 5

W: Congratulations! I heard you were chosen for the final round of the speech contest.

M: Thank you. I’m working hard to get fully prepared for it right now.

W: Well, good luck!

Text 6

M: What seems to be the problem?

W: Well, I have a bad cough and a sore throat. I also have a headache.

M: How long have you had these symptoms?

W: About three days now. And I’m really tired, too.

M: Hmm. It sounds like you’ve got the flu. Take aspirin every four hours and get plenty of rest. Make sure you drink lots of fluids. Call me if you’re still sick next week.

W: Ok, thanks.

Text 7

M: Now, Rebecca, we are talking about working in the kitchen. I used to be a waiter and when I helped out in the kitchen, I was always afraid of the big knives and the fires and the burns and stuff, so can you talk a little about safety and maybe about some injuries you had working in the kitchen.

W:  Well, it’s really important, actually. First there’s the uniform. You have to cover as much of your skin as you can to avoid burns. If you have a special chef's jacket, it must be all-cotton, so if you get something hot on it, it’ll still be safe and can be quickly taken off. If you spill something very hot on your clothes, you should actually remove the top layer. If you have something on underneath, you can avoid hurting your skin.

Text 8

W: I got burgled yesterday! They stole my computer and some money that I had in my purse.

M: That’s awful! Did they take any of your artwork?

W: No, thankfully. I have them locked away. They didn’t take my iPhone, either, even though it was sitting right on the kitchen table.

M: How did they get into your house? Did you leave the door unlocked?

W: No, I always lock the door. There was a window open in the living room that I forgot to close when I left for work.

M: I was burgled once, a long time ago. My house was locked, but they broke a window to get in.

W: That’s terrible. I’ll make sure to close every window from now on.

M: Did you call the police?

W: I called my mum first, actually. Then I called the police.

Text 9

W: I really can’t make up my mind. They’re lovely, but a dog’s a lot of work. I have to feed it, clean it and take it to the vet from time to time.

M: I’ll tell you what. You don’t have to make a quick decision now. Why don’t you just take one home with you for a couple of days?

W: Could I? I’m not sure about that.

M: Yes, of course. You can see how you get along together and if things work out, you can keep it. If it doesn’t work out, bring it back - no problem.

W: Oh, that’s a really good idea. Thank you. Well, I think I’ll take this one. It looks so lovely.

Text 10

Recently, while exploring the deepest parts of Earth’s oceans, scientists discovered a new fish. According to the researchers, the fish may be part of a new species. The exploration took place in the Mariana Trench, which is located in the western Pacific Ocean, to the east of Mariana Islands. The fish was filmed swimming 8,145 meters deep. Rather than exploring the central floor, as others had done, scientists explored the sides. This led them to find a fish that no one had seen before. Scientists were surprised by the appearance of the fish. They described the fish as having wing-like fins and a head like that of a cartoon dog. One scientist described them as looking really weak. They are still not sure how the fish can survive at depths where other fish would die. Followers of this story are still waiting for scientists to give an explanation.
