2017-08-09

D1 1-3 CBC

D2 1-3 BBA

D3 1-3 DBC

D4 1-4 CADB

D5 1-5 CBBAC 6-10 ABCAB 11-15CCBAB   16-20 CABBC

解析

D1 1-3 CBC

The biggest difference between final exams in China and the US is the existence of practice exams.

Having my first experience of final exams in the US,提示了文章是和作者第一次参加美国期末考试有关,作者以自己学校的期末考试为例,介绍了自己学校期末考试的总体情况、中国和美国期末考试的最大区别以及自己认为期末考试考好的诀窍是什么,这些都是基于自己的第一次参加美国期末考试的经历来谈的,因此C选项最能概括全文的主旨。

D2 1-3 BBA

1.  B。 Many social media users in the UK called Sainsbury’s “disgraceful” or “barbaric”, despite kangaroo being part of many Australians’ daily diets.

3. A。 It can also lead to inappropriate behaviors towards wild animals, such as misinterpreting the actions of a wild animal.

Text 1

W: Hi, Bill. Haven’t seen you for ages! Are you still a taxi driver?

M: Not any more. I left that job four years ago, then I worked as a bus driver in a primary school, but now I am a lorry driver.

Text 2

W: Could you tell me how to reach the drugstore nearby?

M: Well. Go straight and at the crossing you’ll see a bookstore. Then turn left and the drugstore is beside a shoe shop.

W: Thank you very much.

Text 3

W: Excuse me, could you tell me when the next train to Manchester is?

M: Sure. Its 3 pm now. The next direct train to Manchester leaves in two hours. You could also take the train to Preston, which leaves in 15 minutes, and change there for Manchester.

W: Thank you very much.

M: Youre welcome.

Text 4

W: I see from the label that these trousers come in white and black. Do you have any other colors?

M: They only come in black, white and gray, madam.

W: Could I try the gray, please?

M: Sure.

Text 5

M: Excuse me! Are you the manager?

W: Yes, sir. Can I help you?

M: Yes, please. I bought this shirt yesterday and theres something wrong with it. A button is missing.

Text 6

W: Could you please find a book for me?

M: OK, whats the title of it?

W: I only know the author is Dan Brown and it’s a book about mysteries.

M: That works. Let me look it up on the computer. OK, now I found one book with the authors name. Its The Da Vinci Code.

W: Thats it. I remember it now.

M: Good. Now ask a volunteer to take you to the third floor and search for it by author. There are also a great many other books on mysteries up there.

W: Thank you.

Text 7

M: Honey, I’ve decided to become a vegetarian. From tomorrow on, I will stop eating meat.

W: Why?

M: Because people nowadays eat too much meat and its healthier to eat less.

W: Is this another one of your crazy ideas? It won’t last a week. Last month, in order to lose weight, you decided to jog to work every morning. That only lasted a week because you were late for work every day.

M: That’s not the reason I stopped! I stopped jogging because I pulled a muscle in my leg.

W: Well, what about the bicycle?

M: What bicycle?

W: Exactly! You cant remember you own a bike as its been locked away in the garage ever since you bought it.

M: As soon as the weather improves, Im going to start using it again.

Text 8

W: Sorry I’m late, Tom.

M: It’s all right. Where have you been?

W: To the police station. I’ve lost my handbag, or perhaps someone has taken it. I don’t know.

M: Oh, no. What happened? Sit down. Is there anything important in it?

W: Very important. My credit card and all the papers I need for work.

M: Oh, that’s terrible. But how did you lose it?

W: Well, as you know, I was with a friend all morning and we had lunch together. After I had lunch, I went shopping. And when I wanted to buy some shoes, I couldn’t find my credit card. Then I remembered it was in my handbag. And my handbag was in my car.

M: So you went back to your car?

W: Yes, but I didn’t find it there.

M: And you went to the police station?

W: Not immediately. Before I went to the police station, I called my friend’s office. No luck.

M: You should go to the restaurant where you had lunch and look for it.

W: Oh, I should have done that.

M: Youd better telephone the manager right away.

Text 9

W: What are your hobbies, John?

M: I play chess and I take pictures.

W: But photography is an expensive hobby, isnt it?

M: Yes, I guess youre right. What do you like to do in your spare time?

W: Im fond of fishing and hiking. In summer, I like swimming best.

M: Do you play tennis?

W: Yes, but Im not good at it. I play just for the fun of it.

M: Shall we have a game together someday?

W: Yes, that would be very nice. Lets fix it for next week.

M: Youve got it. Oh, by the way, besides the hobbies you mentioned, what else do you like to do?

W: I like watching TV.

M: What TV programs do you like the most?

W: I like soap operas, but I enjoy history shows the most. I like to find out about the past.
