泛听练习原文:
When we’re throwing away garbage, not all of us take the time to sort it out and put it in the right bins. But would you do it if you could get points to win gifts? The Shanghai government has worked with Alipay to offer a “green account service” to people in the city. Account holders get points by dumping dry and wet garbage into different bins. Through the Alipay app, they can exchange the points for milk, phone cards, tickets to tourist attractions, or coupons for Tmall, reported Shanghai Daily. Volunteers who work in neighborhoods to help people sort their garbage also get reward points.
According to the Shanghai government, the green account service has been in action for more than three years. It’s more popular among middle-aged people and seniors, but the city wants to attract more young people to join in. So they worked with Alipay to make the gifts more attractive to youngsters and make the exchange process easier.
