Being healthy is a beautiful thing. One way to be healthy is to exercise. But what are the best ways for teens to exercise? The great thing about exercise for teens is that just about any activity that gets you moving will work. However, you should be careful with weight lifting. This type of training could easily cause injury if you don’t know how to do it properly.

Yes, I do. I like to exercise around 3 times a week.
I like jogging and playing soccer. I jog when I want to relax and be by myself. I play soccer when I want to have fun with others.
Exercise can both relax and strengthen your body. Students face a lot of pressure. They need to find ways to relax but also to stay fit in order to deal with the stresses of everyday school life.
Definitely exercising outdoors. I think we spend enough of our time indoors when working or studying, so I like to go outside to exercise. I can breathe in the fresh air and get some sunshine, too.
5. Which one do you think is better: exercising alone or in a group? Why?
It depends on my mood. If I really want to focus and relax, I will exercise by myself. If I want to have fun and socialize, I will exercise with others.
Task 3
Li Hua loves to swim. He learned how to swim in a swimming pool. He had a swimming instructor who was very kind and patient with him. Once Li Hua could swim by himself, he would do laps of the pool on weekends. He became faster and faster. He signed up for a swimming race at his school and came second. He was so proud of himself. It was his first ever swimming competition!
