Dear Jane,
I’m happy that you are interested in Xi’an. It is the capital city of Shaanxi province and a wonderful place to spend a holiday.
First, Xi’an is a perfect place to try delicious foods, such as yangrou paomo. Many visitors also travel to the city for its tasty liangpi.
There are also many things to see. The Terracotta Warriors are my favorite. They’re thousands of years old! Xi’an is also famous for its ancient city walls. You can walk or bike on top of it and see the whole city.
I really hope you can come and visit it someday. You will feel like you are stepping into a real-life adventure book!
