FROM its glaciers to the northern lights, Norway has long been known for its breathtaking natural scenery. But that’s not the only reason for the country’s appeal. Norway is the best place in the world to live for health and social prosperity (繁荣), according to the United Nations’ 2015 Human Development Index (指数), released on Dec 14. Norway has now won the title for 12 years in a row.
