Poor man needs help

A poor man went to see a doctor.

“Doctor,” he said, “you must help me. I swallowed (吞下) a coin about a month ago.”

“God,” yelled the doctor. “Why have you waited so long? Why didn’t you come to me on the day you swallowed it?”
