Jane Eyre (《简·爱》，1847) is a novel by English writer Charlotte Bronte. The book is known as an influential feminist (女性主义的) story because of its in-depth exploration of a strong female character’s feelings. The story is about Jane Eyre’s rough road to growth and her love for Mr Rochester, her employer at the fictitious (虚构的) Thornfield Hall.
