New law helps people quit dangerous habit

We certainly know that looking at the phone while crossing the road can be dangerous, but we just can’t help it. But for “phone zombies (僵尸)” in Honolulu, the capital city of Hawaii, a new law is there to help them quit (放弃) their habit.
