Dying for love Iztaccíhuatl was a beautiful woman. She loved a young man called Popocatépetl. Her father told Popocatépetl that she could marry him after he went to fight his enemies (敌人). Her father didn’t believe that Popocatépetl would come back, so he asked his daughter to marry another man. This man happened to hate Popocatépetl, so he told everyone that Popocatépetl was dead.
