Xi’an introduces ‘phubber’ lane

The city of Xi’an in Shaanxi province has introduced a special lane (道路) dedicated to (专用于) “phubbers”, or those who are constantly (不断地) fixed on their smartphones even when walking, reported Sanqin Metropolis Daily.
