Cutting out bad habits

I must confess (承认) that I have a bad habit. I don’t quite know why, but for some reason I just can’t stop picking at my lips. It doesn’t matter if I’m stressed out, bored, or nervous … I just find myself tearing little bits of skin off my lips.
