Autumn is the season when flu is likely to happen. An attack of flu is often quite sudden. One may go to school feeling fine and by the evening he will be ready to call an ambulance (救护车).  While getting a flu shot may hurt, many people in the US plan to get one this year, in order to protect themselves from diseases.
