Our minds can ‘store’ thousands of faces
Every day we see many faces – the faces of our families and friends, and the faces of strangers. But how many of them do we remember?
According to a recent study published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society B, the human brain can recognize 5,000 faces on average.
