Since 1953, China has issued a plan every five years listing the nation’s goals. 

The 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) will come out soon after the Fifth Plenary Session (五中全会) of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was held from Oct 26 to 29.
