On March 14, men and women dressed in ancient costumes (古装) celebrated Huazhao Festival in Fuzhou, Fujian province. With a history of over 2,000 years, Huazhao Festival is held to celebrate the flower goddess’ birthday. It falls on 12th or 15th day of February in the Chinese lunar calendar. People go to flower fairs, drink flower wine, and plant flowers.  TEENS
