疫情打断了线下教学的生态,教师很难分析和评估学生的课堂反应。这时,反思性实践则尤为重要。Thomas S.C Farrell教授令我印象深刻的一个观点是Who I am is how I teach。教师首先是一个有着独特个性与成长背景的鲜活个体。无论观摩了多少优秀的课例,学习了多少先进的教学方法,教师在教学中仍不免流露出自我独特的风格,因此自我反思尤为重要。The more experience you have, the more planning you do.这一观点也令我印象颇深。教师备课不仅仅是准备教学内容,更是准备教学对象。准备越多,课堂上动态生成也越多。正如教授在回答“How did you teach the same thing every year?”提问时所说:“I don't teach the materials, I teach the students.”“A classroom is not only a place for students to learn but a place for teachers to learn”.在教授学生的同时,教师也在一同学习进步。
