From Sept 25 to Oct 3, Paris Fashion Week 2023, featuring the Spring/Summer 2024 season, highlighted many styles on the runway. Shows were scattered all over the city in various venues, such as an old apartment, an abandoned post office and even a car park space. French brand Mugler created an oceanic atmosphere inspired by sea life like jellyfish (水母) and squid (鱿鱼). The long veils of the costumes looked like seaweed swaying (摇曳) in the water. Japanese designer Jun Takahashi of Undercover presented three sculpture-like looks to close the show, decorated with live butterflies and real flowers.
