Tallest top hat

好高的帽子呀!

This hat is 4.8 meters tall. US hatmaker Odilon Ozare makes it.  Ozare can walk over 10 meters wearing the hat. The hat is beautiful. There are feathers (羽毛) and ribbons (缎带) on it.
