On March 18, Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz won the ATP Indian Wells men’s singles final, successfully defending his title. The victory broke an eight-month title drought for the star, having not won any titles since winning Wimbledon in 2023. This is Alcaraz’s 13th championship. At 20 years old, he has become the first man to defend his title at Indian Wells since Novak Djokovic and is the first player to win five ATP Masters 1000 titles before turning 21 since Rafael Nadal.
