To welcome the Olympics, Paris brought back a fun running event for cafe waiters and waitresses after 13 years on March 24. In the race, they run for two kilometers while carrying a tray (托盘) with a cup of coffee, water, and bread. More than 250 waiters and waitresses from cafes all over Paris wore black pants or skirts, aprons (围裙) and white tops to join in. They raced through the streets while trying not to spill (溢出) anything. To win, they had to be fast but also super careful.
