When buying a car, choosing a color may seem tricky. In the future, there may be no need to stress about the decision, thanks to BMW’s electric ink technology. This tech involves covering the car with thin pieces of screens. It works by using a special kind of ink that responds to electric signals, which allows the car to change color in seconds. The ink was inspired by the e-book Kindle, which displays its content using a similar technology. BMW’s newly released car, The i5 Flow Nostokana, features 1,349 screen sections. Each piece can be controlled, offering a wide range of colors and patterns to be displayed on the vehicle.
