为什么南极的鱼不怕冻？

Most fish freezes (冻住) at 1 degree below zero. In Antarctica, the ocean is even colder. Fish there have special antifreeze proteins (抗冻蛋白质) in their blood (血液). These proteins keep their blood from freezing.
