KATE is the leading academic association of English Education in Korea interested in research and practice in Teaching English as a Foreign Language or an Additional Language. The KATE Annual International Conference is a key event in the English teaching and research calendar in South Korea. Its aim is to promote research in all aspects of TEFL, focusing on developing innovative theories and practices in English language education. The Conference serves as an open forum in which ELT researchers and educators share their thoughts and expertise and foster understanding and friendship.
