6.6 magnitue earthquake rattles Tibet capital

A 6.6-MAGNITUDE earthquake jolted Damxung county in Lhasa, capital of Tibet Autonomous Region, at 4:30 pm on Monday, said the State Seismological Bureau. The epicenter was located 82km away from Lhasa.
