Cultural center provides possibilities for both Chinese and Russians

ALEXANDER Zhukov, Vice Prime Minister of the Russian Federation was awarded an honorable doctoral degree last week by Hao Ping, president of Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU). The school also established a Russian center on campus, with the idea of spreading Russian language and culture.
