CAN a car fly? This one can. Look, it''s on its test flight (试飞) in the Netherlands (荷兰). The car''s name is PAL-V. It''s a car and also a plane. In bad weather you can drive it like a car. In traffic jams (交通阻塞), you can fly it like a plane.
