Cancellation policy

To receive a refund of the conference fee, cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Elaine Heron at e.heron@lancaster.ac.uk by August 15, 2009. A £10 ($15) processing fee will be charged. There are no refunds for cancellation after August 15, 2009.
