CAN a car fly? This one can. Look! It's on its test flight (试飞) in the Netherlands (荷兰). Its name is PAL-V. It's a car and it's also a plane. In bad weather you can drive it like a car. In traffic jams (交通阻塞), you can fly it like a plane.
