WE probably wouldn't have known that a person's name could be so long if it weren't for Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who just finished his second state-visit to China last week. He left with his hands full. And his country is gradually emerging as one of our biggest partner, so maybe it's time to get know our new friend better.
