WHEN a show has swept the Emmys two years in a row in the way 30 Rock has, there's a danger that the people involved will start thinking they can somehow do something bigger–it can wind up being less. While the cast and crew of 30 Rock are beginning their fourth season, they show no sign of "doing less".
