It's harder to say 'sorry' than you might think

JUDGING by the words of US bank CEOs at last week's Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission in Washington D.C., business schools might need to start offering classes on how to apologize. Americans have grown accustomed to hearing apologies from scandal-ridden sports stars. But the words “I'm sorry” are rarely uttered by company executives.
