THE word “low-carbon” has never been so popular: first the Copenhagen summit, now World Expo 2010, which is being billed as “the first low-carbon Expo”. Exhibitors are embodying the eco idea in pavilion design and displays. And visitors are being urged to use public transport to cut carbon emissions. When people from around the world get together in May, they’ll probably talk about their low-carbon lifestyle. Obviously, it’s time to start building your “low carbon” vocabulary.
