Is it a bad habit?

Dear Editor,

I am a 16-year-old. Since I was small, I have talked to myself to clarify (澄清) things or to tell myself how I feel. Sometimes it bothers (打扰) other people. I know it’s not normal, but it does improve my memory. Is this a kind of mental problem? Should I seek (寻求) help?
