'Mr Big' sets out to get young Britons to volunteer

THE UK’s new Tory-Liberal Democrat coalition last week unveiled a “big society” program intended to “take power away from politicians and give it to the people”. The man behind the program is a 33-year-old British-Chinese named Nat Wei.
