US universities give students a GPA boost

STARTING from next month, every student at Loyola Law School Los Angeles will awake to a 0.333 higher grade point average (GPA), according to a recent New York Times report. This is not because students are working harder, but because the school wants to make its students look more attractive in a competitive job market.
