THE outspoken yet beloved “Uncle Gen” has struck again. President Li Peigen of the Huazhong University of Science and Technology shot to national fame earlier this year when a video was posted online. It was of him giving an inspiring, applause-interrupted commencement speech to 7,000 graduates. Li has once again won the hearts of thousands.
