So much of life is about habit. For example, I know that it is important to exercise. That’s why I go running twice a week. You need to look after your body – it’s important for your health, although it’s also important to do different things as well. On weekends, I treat myself to a hamburger. I know it’s junk food but it makes me feel better. The next week I will go back to my exercise, so it doesn’t matter too much. What matters is how often you eat it. Too much, and it’s bad for you. Just now and then, and it’s perfectly fine.
