We should all look after our health. We all want to avoid (避免) problems like illness, don’t we? I believe the best way we can do this is through exercise and eating well. Of course, in China and in Western countries, if we keep getting headaches or have a cold, we go to the doctor for some medicine. But, as they say, “Prevention is better than cure.” If we want to stay healthy, we should take exercise and healthy food – it is so important.
