AN international organization, Global Crop Diversity Trust (全球作物多样化基金), has started a worldwide search for the wild relatives of important food crops. It wants to create a library of these wild genes (基因). They hope the library will be able to help scientists grow new crops when current crops can’t produce as much because of the changing climate.
