Southwest’s Chongqing now a ‘happy’ city

CHONGQING was honored as one of China’s Happiest Cities in 2010.

The fourth annual happiest cities list, which is put together by the Oriental Outlook (《瞭望东方周刊》) and the Annual Report on Urban Development in China, was completed on December 26.
