THE Sacramento Bee reported a failed robbery December 26. Thieves abandoned a big-screen TV on the sidewalk outside of the house they had robbed. Apparently, it was too big-screened to fit through their car door, or into the trunk. So they left it on the curb (路边) and drove away. Neighbors noticed the crime and contacted the police, who traced (追踪) the car to a 19-year-old man. The suspect (嫌疑犯) was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property (财产).
