Chen Jia, the notorious drunk driver who killed a young father and his daughter, was sentenced to life imprisonment last week.

Chen’s speeding sedan rammed a car stopped at a red light on Beijing’s Chang’an Avenue. Chen was convicted of “harming public safety with dangerous methods”.
