WILLIAM Falkingham of Idaho Falls, US, has an unusual hobby - he likes to dress in a rabbit costume and scare local children. He also has a ballerina (芭蕾舞女演员) dress and a cowboy (牛仔) costume. Local police have asked Falkingham to stop wearing his rabbit costume after neighborhood parents complained. They said that the man would hide behind trees, pop out in front of kids and pretend to “shoot” with his hands. Some people are complaining that there is no law (法律) to ban (禁止) someone from wearing a costume in their own front yard.
