JANICE Shanks of Ohio, US really took out the trash early this month. In fact, she took out two bags of trash – all the way to her mayor’s (市长的) office. She wanted to protest (抗议) because her trash had not been collected from in front of her house for the whole Labor Day weekend, from September 3-5 this year.
